Today's meeting was as exciting as usual.

First of all, our president gave an opening comment mentioning about the comparison between "TV shopping" and Toastmasters, and TMOE introduced "No X, No Y!" referring to "No music, No life" before introducing each speaker. We enjoyed a variety of speeches today.

Prepared Speech 1: "Nice to MITO You!" CC#6 TM TM (8'36")
He introduced many splendid things about MITO, which is far from Machida. And he made a speech that he want to become a mayor of Mito, and changed Mito more attracting city such as more beautiful lady.

Workshop 1: "Building Team" from the Leadership Excellence Series TM TO (15'56")
He emphasized the importance of leadership. He used the Projector and Screen skillfully with well-organized materials.

Evaluation 1: TM SS (2'41")
He pointed out that the speaker has good idea, unique and funny. In addition to that, good and natural voice, relaxed and confident. As an improvement point, he pointed out eye-contact.

ご自身の阪神大震災の経験から、神戸での管制官への志願までを、貢献の大切さを交えてお話しされていました。

準備スピーチ 3: "一歩ずつ" CC#1 TM YTan (4'43") ベスト！
YTanさんはトーストマスターズに入会するまでのストーリーを、地球最後の日と絡めて、
おもしろおかしく紹介してくれました。

個人論評2: TM SI (3'21")
タイトル、親切なスピーチ、安心できる、大震災でありながらポジティブ、話しの納め方の５つの点を指摘していました。

個人論評3: TM TK (2'43") ベスト！
活き活きとしたスピーチ、時間を追ったスピーチ、ボディーランゲージ、ユーモア、町田を選んだことの５つの点を指摘していました。改善点として、「間」を指摘していました。

General evaluation: TM KIi
The introducing way of TMOD was excellent! She introduced "No X, NO Y!" before each speaker connected with the characters of them. The periods of three Table Topic speeches were within 1 minute. It would be better to keep on speaking more than 1 minute. And, each evaluator are good points and suggestion based on the sandwich way.
