本日は新年初の例会、TM T.M　のもと和やかな雰囲気で開催されました。

まずは会長のオープニング。インターネットのショッピングサイトのお話で皆さんの興味を引き付け、トーストマスターズはリーダーシップを養う場所と位置付け皆さんにお話ししました。

☆準備スピーチ1: タイトル「短い言葉」 (CC＃5ボディーランゲージTM S.S (6分09秒) Best!!
TV等の短いコマーシャルのフレーズ、またコーポレーションステートメント等を通して「短い言葉」が伝えたいことが明確にこめられていることを発見し、その可能性を定義し、皆さんに「短い言葉」が何を伝えたいか汲み取ってみてはと提言しました。

☆ワークショップ1: タイトル「Evaluate to Motivate」from Successful club series

評論と論評の違いを明確に提示し、励ますための論評は如何にすると良いか、効果的な論評とは、個人的なコメントとすると不誠実さを与えないなど具体的な論評のアドバイスがなされ論評の達人を目指しましょうと結びました。とても有意義なワークショップでした。

☆個人論評1: TM Ken.I (2分56秒) ベスト
　「《短い言葉》には凄い力があると思わせるようなスピーチ」と語りかけ、《指を使ったボディ-ランゲージ》《冒頭の引き付ける力》《Stop Searching, Start Finding 等の短い言葉》の3つのスピーチの良い点、そして「机の前に出て聴衆との壁を取り払うと皆を引き付けられる。」と1つの改善点を示しました。

☆個人論評2: TM T.K (3分21秒)
　事前準備がきちんと為されており、独自のアイデア、また説得力のある素晴らしいワークショップでした。プロジェクター初挑戦にも関わらず、画面の確認をしながら聴衆のアイコンタクトもしていました。唯一の改善点はスライドが変わったときに少し間をとる事。

☆Workshop2: TM K.T　Title "Using Body Language" from The Better Speaker Series.  (15m18s)
The speaker told us about how important "Using Body Language" is. During speech "Facial Expression", "Gestures" and "Whole Body Movement" are essential. Also she mentioned that if you didn't use Body Language, people would have different expressions, and she indicated how to develop your communication skill using "Visual Expression" and how to become better speakers.

☆Evaluation 3 for workshop 2: TM T.K (3m07)
The work shop was useful and a really excellent opportunity for all toast masters. The exercise was really effective and very special for us. It showed us good example for good speakers during roll-playing. She indicated only one suggestion that if we stood up during roll-playing, it would be more clearly and easily to understand.

ジェスチャーをやられていました⇒ジェスチャーをしていらっしゃいました。
評論は批評　論評は受け手のやる気を高めるもの (とても良い表現でした。)
There were missing grammars about present tense and past tense.
You are disappointing ⇒You are disappointed 等のreportがされました。

☆General evaluation: TM M.H
会長のオープニングの話は示唆に富んでいて良かった。TMOEのメンバー紹介に自分の視点から見た紹介もよかった。アジェンダは良くできていたが、日本語と英語の部をきちんと分ける、またワークショップの目的の説明を事前に乗せておく投票の視点になると提言が。
TM Ken.I とても良かったが「改善点」ではなく「より良いスピーチの提案」にしては。
TM T.K具体的な提案が為されていてよかった。クロージングの要点を述べるとより良いのでは。
TM T.K's evaluation was also very good, but one suggestion is that it's better to summarize the closing section of the workshop. Although it's her first time, the Table Topic was great, but one suggestion is that it will be better to repeat those questions.
