It was a Xmas meeting, and luckily, the night was Xmas eve!

We prepared the potluck party before the meeting started, and enjoyed special tasty foods and nice chatting for half an hour between two sessions.

It was also the last meeting of this year, so our president gave us cards of thanks to each member when all members and the guests introduced ourselves and she also gave presents to the three awards’ winners.

Title: “Photographs, Japanese Haikus and Verse by William Woedsworth”

TM MS introduced two haikus and a poem with beautiful pictures. She read them with feeling and commented her opinion related to her hobby photography.

Evaluation 1　TM NY (4m30s)

TM NY commented good points; variety tone and large enough photo display, and he suggested it could have been better to display the pictures higher.

TM TKさんは、はじめに前回英語でされた時の改善点がすべて取り入れられている点を指摘され、そのうえで　新たに良い点や改善点を提案されました。

スピーチの前に、まず課題の説明がありました。そして突然のKARAの音楽、なんでこんなものが？・・・

から始まって、町のざわめきが実は安心のシンボルという、実に楽しめる　それでいて最後は考えさせられる深いメッセージの入ったスピーチをされました。

TM TO introduced special invents in Northwest of USA during holiday season between Halloween and Christmas.

Title : Tips for Revival of Japan”

TM KI used Overhead projector and introduced successful recovery story of Macdonald.

 1. For 1st speech(TM AK : 3m22s)

TM AK made a motivational evaluation for TM TO’s speech. Also gave suggestions for improvement. The advices were ① It was better to sing the song to introduce special Christmas song, ② Deliver the conclusion more clearly in the closing.

 2. For 2^nd  speech (TM MH : 3m08s)

TM MH made a evaluation for TM KY’s speech. He pointed out several good points and advises.

○General evaluation(TM YI)

The GE commented on the English Session saying that TMOE's helper/speaker introductions were very smooth and reports of helpers were done well. And also made a comment on the evaluations, they were objective and useful.

休憩のあと、日本語の部へ。役割紹介は英語の部で終わっているため、紹介のみ。

ＴＭ　ＳＳの経験より、ランニングの効用について説明し、視聴者にランニングを勧めました。

４、ＴＭ　ＺＴ　（　7分35秒）、ＣＣマニュアル６：声の変化

タイトル：「私の闘病記」

ＴＭ　ＺＴの抱える病気について、日常生活の説明を通して、最後まではらはらさせられる闘病記と病気の説明をされました。

論評の部

ＴＭ　ＫＩより、スピーチの中で、自然にボディーランゲージを使っている点と、構成が良かったこと、また改善点として壇上での動きをもう少し取り入れてはとの提案がありました。

４、準備スピーチ４に対する論評（　ＴＭ　ＹＨ：　3分23秒）

ＴＭ　ＹＨより、ＴＭ　ＺＴのスピーチについての良い点と改善点の論評がありました。

各論評の後、文法係りからの報告、えーとカウンターの報告、今日の言葉の報告があり、その後、ＴＭ ＹＩより総合論評がありました。論評の部の後、ＴＭＯＥ ＡＫより各賞の発表がありました。
