Today's meeting was the last one in 2012 and was hold as a Special Xmas Meeting. We brought a lot of sweets and sang Christmas carols.

First of all, our president gave an opening comment mentioning about "Fukubukuro" (a New Year's grab bag), and the TMOD mentioned about presents which we can give each other in the meeting are speeches and comments as feedbacks.

Prepared Speech 1: "I just really like English" CC#1 TM EY (5'42") Best!
She told us about her enthusiasm about English, and had been called like an "English geek", but she realized her real hope through her experience.

Evaluation: TM RY (2'45")
The construction of the speech was clear, and her voice was clear and audible but trying to be more audible next time will make her speech better. Without using any memo or note was also good.

Prepared Speech 2: "Let's contribute to society" CC#2 TM KN (5'56").
The speaker appealed us about the importance of contribution to our society or community through her own efforts to make a park safer for children.

Evaluation: TM NT (3'46")
It was a very cheerful message. Using of remarkable phrases such as "千里の道も一歩から" (A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.) and a lot of gesture caught him. Prepared photos of the trench she mentioned helped audience to imagine that. One suggestion was eye-contact.

★Xmas Special Tall Tale session / クリスマス　スペシャルほら話コーナー　TM TA
来年秋のトールテールコンテストに先駆けて、選りすぐりのメンバーによるほら話大会が繰り広げられました。
まずは司会者がすでにトールテールの世界へ入り込んで聴衆を引き込みました。
1. 「夢を買いませんか！」 TM TU (2'40")
2. 「ある国のある家の気持ち」 TM YT (2'15")
3. 「一本のお酒」 TM Ken I (3'18")
4. 「"素敵な"クリスマスプレゼント」 TM Kei I (2'29")

準備スピーチ 3: 「辿って行くとディズニー映画」 TM TO (7'15")
社内の人材募集で応じた社員教育講師に始まり一貫してハラハラドキドキわくわくさせることを追及している。その原点は小学校３年生の時に見たディズニー映画。

個人論評: TM Ken I (2'46") ベスト！
抜群のユーモアのセンス。キーワードのハラハラドキドキわくわくの多様の効果。提案：タイトルは　スピーチの中身から　映画ではなくウォルト・ディズニーが妥当ではないか。

General evaluation: TM TM (First time!)
The management of the TMOD was excellent!, even though today's agenda was very tight. The performances of the roles were good and the explanations by the helpers were suitable, they understood the condition of the meeting time.
トールテールは、完成度が高い。叙述性が高い。ストーリー性に優れている。結論の落とし方がうまい。意表の着く着眼点。

そのほか、文法係から　「口ずさむ」という言葉が印象に残ったとありました。
