1.Workshop:What is the best way to increase attendees at our regular meetings? (TM MH:30m2s)

TM MH served as a facilitater of the discussion ”How to solve the problem:less attendees”. The members chose the best solution from 3 proposals . Finally, we chose ”Make a meeting attractive”. 

2.How are you going to perform the master of ceremony role at the District 76 evaluation contest?(TM YH:6m50s)

TM YH made a speech as the master of ceremony at the contest with humors.

○Evaluation(Evaluator:Time)

 1. For 1st speech(TM YH:3m21s)

TM YH made a motivational evaluation for TM MH’s work shop. Also gave suggestions for improvement. The advice were to make the speech title shorter and write the objectives of the discussion on white board.

 2. For 2^nd  speech (TM NY:4m18s)

TM NY made a evaluation  for TM YH’s speech. He pointed out good points and advised that it would be better to talk about the role the speaker did in the ceremony more detailed.

○General evaluation(TM RY)

The GE commented on the English Session saying that TMOE's helper/speaker introductions were very smooth and reports of helpers were done well. And also made a comment on the evaluations, they were objective and useful.
